1.  I want to produce my own beauty products but I’m not sure how. Can you help me with that?
   Of course we can! In fact, we welcome all newbies of the industry to come learn with us and explore the possibilities of manufacturing your own brand and products to kick-start your entrepreneurial journey. We have a team of experts that will walk with you from conceptualisation, formulating, branding and sales.
    

2. What products do you manufacture?
   We manufacture all kinds of beauty and daily care products including food and beverage supplements. Make an appointment with us and tell us what you envision. You may contact us here.
    

3. Is there any Minimum Order Quantity?
   Yes, the MOQ is 1,000 unit per formula. However, the MOQ is also subject to the type of ingredients used. Do contact us for a consultation.
    

4. What is the turnover time to product my product?
   It’s varies between two and a half months to five months after the deposit is placed. It depends on the ingredients used, packaging source as well as the certification process by governing bodies. Product may take up to 8 weeks to produce while application for certification with the Health Ministry of Malaysia may take up to 3 months.
    

5. How soon can I see my products up on the shelves at retail shops?
   That depends. If all processes are smooth-sailing, it may take up a minimum of six months. It may be longer we there are any hiccups in between. But don’t you worry! Do contact us and make an appointment so we can show you in person the entire process for better understanding.
    

6. Does your factory have any safety certifications in place?
   Yes, and we are proud to say that our factory is GMP, HACCP and HALAL certified to ensure that the highest quality are observed throughout the manufacturing processes.
    

7. My product is finally in production! But wait, I have no idea how to market or brand my products. Can you help?
   Absolutely! We have a team of marketing and branding experts ready to help you from copy writing, design to advertising budgeting and activities. Let us know your needs and we will plan it all. Just leave it to us!
   
    

8. I do want to distribute my products to another country. Is that possible?
   Yes, it is possible and we can help you throughout the process.As our factory is GMP certified, your products are ready to be launched overseas.
   
    

9. I want to add my own ingredients to the formula!
   We discourage our clients to add or use their own ingredients as the formulas are tried and tested to ensure utmost quality and safety. If you insist on using your own ingredient, you need to ensure that your ingredients come with the Certificate of Origin, Materials Safety Data Sheet and certified HALAL too.
    

10. What type of packaging do you provide for my product?
    We have a wide range of packaging solutions to meet your needs! Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll propose the best choice.
    
     

11. Is it really costly to manufacture my own products?
    It really depends on the formula and ingredients used for your products as well as the services you signed up with us. Since manufacturing your own products require customization, it’ll be hard to give you a ballpark rate. We do invite you to make an appointment with us for a wide range of packages we can offer you tailored according to your budget.
     

12. What is the payment term like?
    Usually we will require a 70% deposit for us to initiate conceptualisation. The balance is to be paid before delivery of your products.
     

13. I have no idea what certifications I need for my products. Will you be able to help?
    We’ll be glad to! In fact, the certification processes for your products including TOKEN,Notification Number, HALAL and KKM are included as part of the package. Contact us to find out more!
